Shipping policy

Processing times

• All in-stock orders will be processed and prepared for shipment within 2 business days (excludes holidays and weekends).
• Pre-order processing times will vary but can take from 2 - 10 weeks.  This will be disclosed in the product pre-order description.

Shipping

• The majority of our orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service with time in transit varying from 2 to 7 business days.
• Back 40 Boutique LLC is not responsible for delays in transit or lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the Post Office. If USPS confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or refund for your order.
• It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout process. Back 40 Boutique LLC will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.
